With a career that spans over 25 years, James Rosin provides a wide range of knowledge and expertise to the motion picture and television production industries. After graduating from the University of Southern California’s School of Motion Pictures & Television, Rosin began his career at World Wide Pictures in Burbank, California. During his tenure at WWP he participated in the production of several major motion picture theatrical releases: The Hiding Place with Julie Harris, Time to Run and Gospel Road starring Johnny Cash. Rosin’s career continued to advance in motion pictures and television after he joined Twentieth Century Fox where one of his first projects was Mash. After several assignments Mr. Rosin started working with Michael Warren and William Bickley under Bickley/Warren Productions. Some of the projects included Happy Days, Pastor Pine and Perfect Strangers.

Rosin was Senior Producer/Writer/Director for Family Entertainment’s The Puppet Tree Gang. This Jim Henson Sesame Street children’s program had a successful six season syndication first run followed by continuing rerun syndication over an independent television network. Mr. Rosin’s next four years were spent with the CBN Television Network where he served as Producer/Director of Special Projects and Producer of their morning news magazine show USAM.

Rosin continued to diversify and formed his own independent production company called JR Media Inc., where he produced, wrote and directed a variety of programming for national and independent syndication networks. Projects developed included Holes in Time, which is a prison documentary hosted by Art Linkletter and Raising Kids hosted by Jo Ann Woodward. The aforementioned projects were for the PBS network and Hollywood Backlot, an entertainment magazine program for the Family Channel.

James Rosin formed
a second independent company named Red Mountain Productions where Rosin was signed by Sawgrass Entertainment to write and direct a feature film On Live and a Midlife Communication theatrical feature titled Animal.

Presently Mr. Rosin
is President of Mission Bell Entertainment Inc. Mission Bell is a motion picture and television programming development, production and marketing company. A partial list of some of the projects consists of original properties and theatrical motion pictures include Trident Warriors , Code Talkers and Semper Fi. Other co-executive projects include: Hitting the Wall, with Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd, The Wise Man with Daryl Hannah, Jason Alexander and Martin Short. In television programming, a partial list includes Hollywood Stunts with Lee Majors, Real Life Angel Stories with Debra Maffett, Battlefield Miracles and two children’s shows, Professor Hooper and Openers with Chuck and JJ. Current feature films in development, Founding Fathers, Amazing Grace, The Rift, A Wing and A Prayer.
