Mr. Elwood’s Career began over 35 years ago upon graduation from Michigan State University’s School of Business. Since that time Mr. Elwood has developed an extensive background in a variety of financial, administrative and operational positions and industries. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position Chief Financial Officer of Mission Bell Entertainment, Inc.

Richard Elwood was employed over 26 years with Eaton Corporation. While with Eaton, Elwood worked on many special projects that provided him with exposure to a broad range of business activities.

Elwood started his professional career in public accounting. After several years, he accepted a position with Eaton Corporation as a cost accountant. Following a series of promotions, Elwood became Plant Manager of Engine Valve Components and Division Controller for a multi-plant operation, Fluid Power Division, with sales of $170 million. As Plant Manager Elwood participated in an education film used to promote employee involvement programs in American businesses. McGraw-Hill distributed the film to colleges and universities in the United States.

Mr. Elwood has been successfully
involved in seven business start-up and turnaround ventures in his work career. He has been a business entrepreneur in two businesses including an Internet electronic book publishing business and a computer reseller company. He has held Federal and State licenses in securities, insurance and real estate and has worked in all of the aforementioned fields.

Elwood served as Director of Finance and Operations for SC&T International, Inc. where he was active in preparing financial reporting documents for the Security Exchange Commission and other Federal and State reporting agencies in addition to public stockholder reporting requirements.
