Steve Cobbs has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Studies with a focus in Business and Film from Arizona State University. Mr. Cobbs filled associate producer and producer positions for several independent feature film productions. After quickly establishing himself as proven motion picture industry professional, Mr. Cobbs was recruited by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures Inc. in July of 2003.

While at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures Inc, Mr. Cobbs filled the position of Manager - Theatrical Business Affairs. His duties include, but are not limited to, registering titles with the Motion Picture Association of America ("MPAA"), facilitating to the MPAA and various companies all protests, waivers, granting and withholding priority extensions, and related correspondence with respect to titles. Steve currently creates, manages and administers numerous databases. Steve has extensive experience in handling many numerous business details such as talent payments authorizations, contract administration, assistance in the development of the production monthly outstanding commitment report as well as the quarterly abandonment/turnaround reports. Mr. Cobbs facilitated in the research and protection of over 800 motion pictures with the MPAA. Mr. Steve Cobbs' experience as director of contract affairs adds an additional professional level to the Mission Bell Entertainment, Inc. management team essential to cost effective negotiations and operations.
